Purchases $50,000 or greater require formal bidding per Chapter 252 of the Texas Local Government Code or Chapter 2269, Government Code. Both active and expired bids can be accessed at City of Victoria or contact Purchasing.
Commercial Solid Waste and Recycling Services RFP (Closes November 5, 2020 at 2:00pm)
City of Victoria (“City”) is issuing this Request for Proposals (“RFP") seeking proposals from qualified service providers to perform commercial municipal solid waste (MSW) and recycling collection using automated carts and front load dumpsters, roll off collection for permanent and temporary roll off containers, operation of the City’s Recycling Staging Facility including delivery of recyclables to a duly licensed processing facility, and collection of certain residential household hazardous wastes. Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held at 2:00pm on Thursday August 20, 2020. Agenda and meeting information are in the attached document. Deadline to submit questions has been extended to 5:00pm on Friday, September 18, 2020.
Food and Beverage Concessions Lease - Adult Softball Complex and Youth Sports Complex (Closes October 27, 2020 at 1:00pm)
The City of Victoria (hereinafter "City") Department of Parks & Recreation (the "Department") invites responsible food vendors to submit written proposals to provide food and beverage concession services at the City's Adult Softball Complex (510 Proctor Street) & at the Youth Sports Complex (105 N Ben Wilson). It is the intent of this request to have the successful applicants enter into a formal contract to furnish all equipment (except those provided by the City of Victoria listed in Exhibit C), materials, supplies, labor, permits, insurance, and licenses as necessary to provide high quality food and beverages at the City's Adult Softball Complex (510 Proctor Street) & at the City's Youth Sports Complex (105 N Ben Wilson).
